Ice Cream Recipe

Mango Ice Cream Recipe:-

Ingredients:
Corn flour- 1 tsp
Mangoes – 4
Milkmaid (Condensed milk) – ½ tin (200 gms)
Gelatin – ½ tsp
Milk – 1 Cup


Method:

1) Take 1/4th cup of milk and add corn flour to thicken it and add milkmaid to the mixture and mix it well. After that leave the mixture for cooling,.
2) Take the mangoes and prepare a thin puree and rinse it off to separate the puree and pulp properly.
3) No, add the mixture of mangoes to the milk mixture. Also, to this mixture add 2 tablespoons of gelatin in water. Blend the entire mixture with hand blender and keep for setting. After ¾th hours check again and blend the mixture again for proper setting. After that keep it in freezer. Then serve chilled with garnishing of mango pulp.
